Gary + Cindy : Engaged
Session Date: October 23, 2008
Hello dear stalkers. :) I am at it again! But this time, before I get to the images, I wanted to preface by telling you a little bit of what gets us going! On occasion, I ask my couples how they heard about us, as we do very limited advertisements...and it is always so wonderful to hear that they saw us a friend's wedding, and knew that they had to have us there for their own wedding day! I think it is one of the biggest compliment we can ever hope to hear. :) Well, Gary+Cindy attended Kelly and Derrell's wedding...and when I first met up with them for some yummy addictive coffee at (yes, Starbucks - it's my second home!), they weren't even officially engaged. Now don't get me wrong...they already had a venue, a wedding date...all that was missing was a ring, a proposal...and sharing the good news with their friends. THEN, they asked me to keep it secret from Kelly and Derrell! Stalkers, I AM NOT a good secret holder....especially not after someone telling me not to leak the news...ACK! So, when their engagement session day came around...I HOPED that Gary had proposed to Cindy...gave her the perfect ring...and shared the news with everyone...because if they didn't....ummmm, their friends and family is about to find out about this publicly on my blog. :)
So, stalkers....meet the ENGAGED Gary and Cindy. :) We started the session at their beautiful home...and what better to start off the shoot then with a little pillow fight? :)
We then went outside to their driveway for a few in this delicious afternoon light. :) Stalkers, I triplescoop love the picture on the right. :)
I know! They are sooo incredibly gorgeous. :) Yes, I get all the good ones. :) By the way, for those photography nuts out there...the second picture was shot with just the natural light that was coming through the windows.
Gary and Cindy have the best time with each other....and they made it wayyy too easy for me to shoot them. I love the moment that they are having here. :)
Some love out in the front yard. :)
One more out in the driveway of their home...before we headed out around the corner to the Oasis. :)
Yes, we had the Oasis to ourselves. :) We didn't, but Thurston stood guard and prevented people from getting through. :)
Sweet. Cindy heart Gary. :)
One of my faves from the day. :)
