Courtney : Bridals

*BEN, GO AWAY!!!* :) Sunday, August 3rd was easily one of the hottest day of the summer - if it wasn't - it sure as H E double hockey sticks felt like it! And poor Courtney, August 3rd also happend to be her bridal session day. We did try to shoot as late in the evening as we possibly could. I think it helped a little. She did have an entire entourage with her to assist her - fan her, kept her hydrated...and just be an all-around cheer group! Stalkers, Courtney seriously rocked at her bridal session. It's hard enough moving around in a wedding dress, but in Texas heat - you gotta give a girl credit for that. Plus, she told me she "trusted" me and gave me carte blanche shoot whatever I wanted! I love that!

Meet Courtney and my new crush, *Marge.*

Courtney's family is into car restoration, etc. and I love that she wanted to incorporate that into her wedding and also have it be a part of her bridal session! Some facts about Marge - she has alll original parts - including A/C. AND the best part, she is an everyday car! Stalkers, if any of you out there would like to give me an everyday car like this.....I would probably bubble heart you forever and ever. :) By the way, Thurst shot these...so yes, sometimes he does click the button a few times on the camera when he goes on these sessions with me. :oP

As with most of my sessions, I do like to tone it down and have a good mixture of industrial and more traditional type images. :) We headed out to where I live for these last few ones.

Can you guys even tell it was hot that day? It was! But we really got lucky with amazing light and sky that evening.

I'm ending with one of my favorites from Courtney's shoot. :)

Courtney, I cannot wait for the wedding day to come around and we get to play with all the cars again!! :)
