Sonia + Anthony : Engaged
Stalkers, I'm trying to be good here and post once a day in an attempt to catch up on my blog! Wish me luck! So on June 1st, which happened to be a superhot Sunday, I met up with Sonia and Anthony downtown for their e-session. They are getting married on the 4th of July - two days before my birthday. Aren't they sweet for throwing me a huge birthday party with guests I don't even know? :oP Anyways, we started the shoot around SoCo and ended up at the Lake. The actual amount of time that we shot wasn't all that long....I think we spent more time looking for an open restaurant to have dinner at when the shoot was over. Anyways, I'm super excited for their wedding which is in like two weeks??? Ack!!!
Meet Sonia and Anthony. Anthony used to model so I didn't really have to give him too much direction...........Sonia on the other hand is like this crazy math genius. She's working on her doctorate, as well as working for the school district............and she teaches at the university. She's making me feel bad that I only have one job.
So, Anthony bought a guitar along that he wanted to use for pictures.........ummmmmmm, I asked him to play a few chords...stalkers, apparently this guitar is just for "pictures" at this time. :)
Sooooo........how would you like to have Sonia teaching you Math??! I imagine noone ever cuts her class. :oP

A few more around downtown.....it was hot and sunny and hot and sunny and still very hot. While we were crossing the street to get back to the car..........I shot off a few images real quick. Turned out better than I thought :oP.
So, we left downtown to go down to Lake Travis. Sonia and Anthony was meeting the captain of the yacht that will be transporting the guests to Nature's Point on their wedding day. I decided to do the second half of the shoot on the boat. :)
So......since Sonia didn't have too much experience with having her pictures taken...and because it took forever to get her into the pose I wanted...and because it was really hot........I had her stay in one pose..and instructed Anthony to "model" around her!
Yes...Sonia is still in her "pose" right here...but it works for her!!! :)
Sonia and Anthony, I had so much fun with you guys during the shoot and during dinner as well!!! Can't wait to spend Independence Day with you guys. :)
