My Fourth Wedding Anniversary
Stalkers, we have a clause in the contract that essentially states that the bride and groom have to be happy and cheerful to us on their wedding day...OR ELSE. Well, I often get asked where that comes from...if we had brides like that in the past. So, today, on my four year wedding anniversary, I shall admit, that it was partially written so that I wouldn't have a bride like me on the wedding day. Yes, I was an anti-photography bride. Keep in mind, this was before we started Pink Posh Photography. I didn't understand the purpose of an engagement session (I do now of course...and actually dragged my husband to do 'e-pics' when we were in Hawaii - a year after our wedding). I fought tooth and nail against getting individual bridals done at Paraiso Maravilla - my photographers - also, my brothers (they're wedding photogs as well) - bribed me by paying the location fee to it. After which it was all said and done, I was absolutely thrilled they pushed me to do it. :) I didn't think wedding party pictures - besides what we shot at the church - was needed. And we definitely didn't need any more bride and groom portraits on the wedding day. I had more important things to do than take more pictures with my new husband - like last minute seating arrangements. Word of advice....the guests will reseat themselves anyways - no matter how much time/effort you put into your seating chart. :) So there you have it stalkers, four years ago...I was THAT BRIDE...MY OWN WORST NIGHTMARE.
But one thing, I was not being a anti-bride about was having luscious peonies in my wedding bouquet. And stalkers, my husband remembered that my favorite flower was called "peony or something like that," but had no clue how they looked like. So enlisting Thurst's wedding flower knowledge, my husband went out and got these for me at midnight. :)
...and these. Just because. :)
V, Happy Anniversary. :)

Awww how sweet! After I saw this last night I immediately asked K if he knew what my fave flower was. Which he didn't by the way and when I told him he goes "what pee on me?" hahahaha. top
